Our Multiple-Effect Stills are a Simple, Reliable Means of Producing Pyrogen-Free Water-for-Injection
The Mueller single- and multiple-effect stills utilize proven natural circulation evaporator technology in a range of 20 sizes to produce from 50 to 3,000 gallons per hour of water-for-injecton. This technology minimizes the potential for corrosion and provides for a simple, reliable method of operation which minimizes the need for control equipment and maintenance required. In addition, when inspection or maintenance is required the components are readily accessible with no need to remove or disassemble any of the major components to access critical areas. Distillate is produced near the top of the equipment which facilitates filling of WFI storage equipment. Each unit produced at the Springfield, Missouri, facility is thoroughly tested prior to shipment, challenging all alarm conditions and operating scenarios so you can be assured that the still will reliably produce pyrogen-free water. This testing includes LAL
Included with each unit: - Feedwater conductivity measurement
