Introduction
Your customers demand more natural flavors in their beverages, and infusing them with real ingredients has become the gold standard. To avoid ingredient prices sucking up your profits, you need equipment that can extract the most out of your hops, coffee, spices, fruit, coconut, and more. The maxxLūp, a pressure-rated system, works with various adjuncts and has a circulation tank that solves the inconvenient dry hopping process while being more versatile than any other adjunct-dosing system on the market.
Easier Cleaning with Ingredients Outside Screen
The maxxLūp can be customized for your specific application and preferences. However, the basic principles behind the design are the same. They all have an internal removable screen to make cleaning easier, and the giant valve at the bottom means removing spent ingredients is a breeze. There is no false bottom and no calendar screen—our adjuncts are on the outside of the screen instead of the inside.
Our maxxLūp design was so special to one popular craft brewer that they used a maxxLūp image on their label and gave it the name ōderprot, which is torpedo spelled backward!
No Agitator to Pulverize Hops
The maxxLūp infusion system does not use agitators; instead, it uses a perforated screen that runs vertically and relies on the flow. This results in a motor-free solution with a cleaner design and easier maintenance, but maybe the biggest benefit of this feature is that whole cone hops stay intact when brewing beer.
Safety First
You want to keep yourself and your beverage production team safe. The maxxLūp can help. No more lugging heavy ingredient bags up to the top of the fermenter. With the maxxLūp, you stay on the ground. Plus, you can count on this equipment to always be ASME stamped and rated for pressure.
