Phase 1 Brewery: Get Started Right
Brewing System with Taproom Serving
Serving beer tanks are catching on! Originally designed to transport large amounts of beer from one location to another, these vessels can now be stacked right in your taproom or restaurant for immediate serving. They have proven to reduce chemical usage, increase product shelf life and space while eliminating the need for a cold room.
"Using the bags and filling the tank is easy, it just takes a time or two to get the process down. The tanks maintain the quality and sensory character of the beer as well as a keg, if not better (since there is no headspace as the tank empties). There is no residual flavor from the bag, and provided that you fully purge your transfer lines, there should be no DO pickup. The tanks also hold carbonation and temperature very well. I have seen a partial tank hold full carbonation even when left without head pressure for several days.”

Chilling: Keeping Everything Just the Right Temperature
You can have all the equipment and the finest ingredients but it doesn't mean anything if you can't hold it at just the right temperature. After working with brewers, we’ve found that a package chiller fills an unexpected yet critical gap in the operational/start-up plan. Here's an article about our package chillers.
Flavor Infusion that Saves Time & Money
The maxxLup Infusion System is a dream come true for any brewer - it gives you richer flavors using less product like fruit, hops or coffee beans and cuts down dosing time. Save money, save time. Get the flavor your brand demands.
"In the past, when adding certain adjunct ingredients to our beer (coffee, vanilla beans, tangerine peel), we would put it in nylon bags and throw it in the tank to let it soak for 10 to 14 days. The problem was that the ingredients were all stuck in the bag and didn't get to make contact with much of the beer, so it took forever to extract the flavors! We got good results from using the nylon bags, but it was difficult to get consistent results, batch after batch with this method." -Avery Brewing Blog
After Avery purchased the maxxLup, they saw immediate results in both flavor, time and labor.
"This is the best ROI we have seen on any vessel we have ever purchased. We are kicking ourselves for not buying one sooner."
-Dan Strevey, Director of Quality, Avery Brewing Company
