Employee Engagement Committee

The Employee Engagement Committee exists to make our coworkers’ work experience more than just clocking in and clocking out. This committee consists of a diverse group of coworkers from various business units and shifts who work together to elevate the coworker experience, foster a positive work environment, improve employee morale, and increase engagement through initiatives, feedback, and organizational activities.

Coworkers can join this committee through nomination by any committee member, Mueller® coworker, or self-nomination. Once the application period closes, new members are selected via a vote by current committee members. The EEC has teams in both Springfield and Iowa.
