PMC Cares Committee

PMC Cares is an initiative born of a simple belief: people thrive when they look out for one another. Through employee benevolence and charitable giving, PMC Cares channels the generosity of Paul Mueller Company: supporting coworkers in need, strengthening the communities we call home, and putting our company's values into everyday action.

For PMC Cares coworker benevolence applications, members review applications, consider the anonymous coworker's stated needs, other members' opinions, and their own opinion on whether the coworker meets the program's conditions.

For PMC Cares charitable donations, members review and discuss, offer their own opinions, and consider others' opinions before reaching a collective decision.
