Registered Youth Apprenticeship Program
This is about more than filling jobs; it's about giving young people a real shot at a skilled career. In partnership with Springfield Public Schools and the Missouri Department of Labor, Paul Mueller Company launched Missouri's only Registered Youth Apprenticeship program focused on stainless steel welding and grinding. This program connects high school students with paid, structured on-the-job learning, and nationally recognized Apprenticeship credentials, with real earning potential of up to $25 per hour starting at age 17.

Supporting Technical Education
We are a proud to sponsor the Paul Mueller Company Welding Lab at Ozarks Technical Community College — a dedicated, hands-on training space where students learn the craft and build the skills needed to enter the manufacturing industry with confidence. Here, students master the craft of welding surrounded by real-world tools, professional-grade equipment, and the room to build and rebuild until they get it right. It's the kind of environment that turns ambition into ability, and ability into a career.

On-Site Skills Lab
Paul Mueller Company offers opportunities to earn while learning valuable, in-demand skills. Through our dedicated, on-site welding and grinding lab, employees can receive paid, on-the-clock training designed to develop specialized skills that support long-term career growth. By helping employees grow from entry-level roles into more skilled positions, Paul Mueller Company invests in both its workforce and the broader community, creating long-term opportunity close to home.
