Thermo-Plate Evaporators

High Capacity, Compact Size

DEG evaporators can use steam generation on the coolant side, offering you the advantage of accurate heat transition, while also ensuring constant temperatures and pressures. This means heat exchangers with very high capacities can be manufactured in a very compact way. DEG thermo-plate evaporators can either be designed for evaporation within the thermo-plates or in the jacket area. In the first case, the boiler feed water and steam connections can be alternated at the same time.

Production of Different Steams

These evaporators produce saturated steam, which is essentially steam at its boiling point. When superheated steam is needed - steam that is hotter than its boiling point for a given pressure - a separate superheater will be needed.

Very low pressure drops guarantee high efficiency and stable evaporation temperatures which maximize the steam flow output.
