Adaptable Design
These systems are double-walled for heat transfer between gaseous and/or liquid media. The thermo-plate elements are spot-welded and manufactured by a hydraulic forming process and offer excellent heat transfer ratios thanks to high turbulence in the elliptical flow channels.
With an optimized thermal and flow-related design, we adapt the DEG thermo-plate heat exchangers to even the most complicated installation conditions. They have a low susceptibility to fouling and are tailored to your process specifications.
