MIG & TIG welding experience is not required for entry-level positions. Candidates who have MIG or TIG welding experience will complete an on-site welding and grinding test to confirm their current skill level. If a candidate does not have any welding or grinding skills and has a desire to learn, we will teach you these skills through our free, on-site welding and grinding school where you are paid while you learn.
