Business Continuity Plan During COVID-19 Outbreak

Paul Mueller Company Continuity Plan

Paul Mueller Company is dedicated to safety and best practices to reduce the risks of communicable diseases. We have taken steps to restrict employee travel and visitors to our facilities during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Also in adherence with CDC guidelines, we are increasing work safety protocol at Paul Mueller Company. Employees who can work from home are doing so. We are aggressively practicing social distancing and supporting employees so they can continue supporting our customers. Our hope is that these efforts, combined with others worldwide, will help slow the spread of COVID-19.

We are monitoring the changing situation daily and at this time the Paul Mueller Company continues normal operations with intact inventory levels. We have no plans to change or reduce regular operations. Our nearly 1000 global employees will continue to work in the Springfield, MO. Osceola, Iowa, Groenlo, the Netherlands and Gelsenkirchen, Germany facilities. We are not experiencing any impacts on delivery, nor do we expect any at this time.

Whenever possible we strive to maintain multiple sources for our raw materials and components. We have alternate vendors' for the majority of our supplies and we are in regular communication with specialty suppliers, to assess their ability to reliably meet our needs. With our current inventory levels and our understanding of our vendors source of supply, we have no knowledge of shortages that would affect our ability to deliver solutions to you.

As a company, we will continue to be proactive in communicating to our co-workers and business partners, as new developments arise.
