PMC Cares is an initiative born from a simple belief that people thrive when they look out for one another. Through employee benevolence and charitable giving, PMC Cares channels the generosity of Paul Mueller Company — supporting coworkers in need, strengthening the communities we call home, and putting our company's values into everyday action.
Our Giving Methods
How are donations handled?
Donations to the Employee Benevolence Fund are held and administered by the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, a nonprofit organization established in 1973. The foundation manages the fund’s legal and administrative responsibilities, while the PMC Cares Committee reviews requests and determines how donated funds are distributed. Paul Mueller Company coworkers who wish to support the fund may contribute through payroll deduction by completing a form with Human Resources. Charitable giving is managed directly by Paul Mueller Company or, when donations are received from external parties, through a separate fund managed by the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
