These chillers consist of a quad-plate heat exchanger, storage tank, ON/OFF and temperature controls, chiller circulation pump, building supply pump, water piping, and refrigeration controls. They are pre-piped, wired, and mounted on a skid, while the condensing units for these chillers are all shipped loose for outdoor installation.
