Step 1: Self-Service
You may be able to solve the issue yourself right away. First, it's important to always check the following:
- Does the control panel show an error message or instruction?
- Is your equipment receiving power? Have the fuses been checked?
For cooling issues:
- Is the system set to cooling mode?
- Has the thermal protection been checked by pressing it in?
- Is the condenser clean?
- Is there sufficient ventilation around the condenser for the intake of cool air?
- Can the condenser fan easily expel the warm air?
For cleaning issues:
- Is the water supply in order?
- Are the water filters clean?
- Is your boiler working properly? During cleaning, the boiler temperature should remain around 80°C.
Step 2: Helpdesk
If the problem isn’t fixed, call our expert helpdesk at +31 (0)88-683-0010 for support. We’ll assist you by phone or video, often fixing the problem right away! Depending on your service plan, we’re available:
- 24/7 for customers with an applicable plan
- Daily from 07:00 to 23:00 for plans with day support
- Weekdays from 07:00 to 17:00 for customers without a plan
Step 3: On-Site Service
If remote support isn’t enough, we’ll send a certified technician to your farm as quickly as possible. We prioritize urgent issues to minimize downtime and help all our clients effectively.
Step 4: After the Repair
- You’ll receive a clear report of the work done.
- We'll invoice according to your service agreement or the actual work performed.
- We'll advise you on maintenance to avoid future problems.
