What is distilled water? It is water that has impurities removed by boiling and condensing the steam; this process is known as distillation. This type of water has many uses in everyday life. You may find it utilized in an aquarium, in pharmaceutical applications, or in the making of the beer you drink at the ball park, but it is used most in the bottled water industry.

Volatile Organic Compounds

Equipment from other manufacturers often lets the contaminants condense with the steam and remain in the product. That's why Mueller distilled water equipment is properly designed to include a preheater which helps remove Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and results in cool, pure distilled water.

Energy Efficiency

Our heat exchanger technology uses the heat from the pure water and waste water discharge to heat the incoming feed water. This recycles the energy and means less heat is used to reach the boiling point, making your process more energy efficient.  Our attention to detail ensures your equipment will pass its factory acceptance test and be on its way to production fast.
