Jeff Phillips
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff has served as Chief Operating Officer of Paul Mueller Company since 2024. He joined the company in 2018 and has held progressive leadership roles, including Business Unit Manager for Component Products and General Manager, where he oversaw Component Products, Food & Dairy, Beer & Beverage, Mueller Transportation, Inc., and multiple production and support functions.
Prior to joining Paul Mueller Company, he built his career in lean manufacturing and project management, strengthening operational discipline and continuous improvement capabilities.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and a Master of Science in Project Management from Missouri State University.
Jeff brings practical, hands-on leadership that aligns teams around measurable performance and sustained operational improvement.
