Jens serves as General Manager of Accu-Therm®, Temp-Plate®, Refrigeration Products, and Dairy Farm Equipment at Paul Mueller Company. He joined the company in 2021, progressing through leadership roles such as Business Unit Manager for Refrigeration Products, Accu-Therm, and Temp-Plate.
He began his career in engineering and progressed through leadership roles, including Quality Engineer, Product Line Leader, and Business Unit Manager, driving operational improvement and sustainable profitability.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
