Jeff Phillips joined Paul Mueller Company in March of 2018, bringing with him an extensive background in lean manufacturing and project management. Before joining our team, Jeff held various management and supervisory roles in industrial manufacturing.
Armed with a degree in Industrial Management and a master's in Project Management from Missouri State University, Jeff initially took the helm as the business unit leader for Component Products at Paul Mueller Company. His journey with us has been marked by a consistent expansion of responsibilities. He progressed to the role of General Manager, overseeing not just Component Products, but also the Food and Dairy, Beer and Beverage, and Mueller Transportation Inc. divisions, in addition to managing the warehouse, maintenance, and machine shop operations.
In January 2024, Jeff's leadership journey reached a new milestone as he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Paul Mueller Company. In this role, he continues to practice his philosophy of servant leadership, empowering and supporting his teams to manage their units effectively. Jeff lives by his personal mantra, which also guides his professional ethos: "Do what you say you're going to do!" This approach has been instrumental in his success and the growth of our company.
