Paul Mueller Company distillery fermenters are designed to help you create the highest quality wash. This beverage fermentation solution has a conical bottom, large outlet, and polished interior finish make this vessel easy to clean and manage.

Temperature Control and Cleanability

Fermenters in distilleries are most commonly used to control the heated fermentation of the mash. Mueller's distillery fermenters have jacketed heat transfer that maintains proper temperature, controls packages for easy operation and an internal CIP system for cleanability to stop unwanted bacterial growth and prevent off-flavors.  

Energy Savings

When distillers work in close-to ambient temperatures, around 78° F there is not a lot of condensation. For those needing more temperature control, insulation can be added. We use bead board, styrofoam and poly-iso type insulations on our distillery fermenters. Insulation prevents temperature fluctuations and brings greater energy savings.
