Hop Dosing System

When introducing hops into your beer, you want to prevent shear so that you can maintain your beer's original flavor. Our Paul Mueller Company hop and adjunct dosing system allows the wort to filter through ingredient-filled vessels and back into the kettle, eliminating the need to add them directly to the kettle. This eliminates exposure to hazardous conditions while maintaining precise control over ingredient dosing so that the integrity of your brew is preserved.

  • Provides up to 50% reduction in hop use to achieve the same or better sensory analysis when compared to traditional methods
  • Eliminates lengthy steep times for adjuncts
  • Large outlet valve allows for easy removal of spent hops and adjuncts
  • Multiple dedicated spray balls for the vessel and screen ensure complete CIP
  • Motor-free solution employs fluid flow to harness the essential oils and resins in hops and adjuncts while mitigating the risk of shear damage
  • Provides a significant reduction of the introduction of unwanted oxygen into the product
  • Removable screen design allows for multiple screens to use with cone or pellet hops—as well as spices, fruits, and more
  • Casters allow for flexible and mobile use in both the cellar and the brewery
  • Eliminates the need to access the top of the fermenter for dry hopping
  • Pressure rated and ASME Code-stamped options available
